These are a great addition to your supplement routine. They taste great and provide both pre and probiotics. Great for immune system, digestion and hair, skin and nails.

These taste delicious, but they caused me to have excessive bloating, cramping and gas. I thought I was getting sick, but realized it was from taking these. After dealing with the side-effects, I did read that prebiotics can cause all these issues. My advice is that if you try these, start out by taking just one per day or one every other day until your body gets used to them. I won't be purchasing again.
