Defective Item, not returnable, and no help from Amazon
Do not buy this product. It's cheap generic import which does not work. Mine did not even start, and no LED lights were coming on also.Since the item is listed as "Non Returnable" you won't get your money back or replacement also. On contacting Amazon, they provided me with seller contact number, but the number is Invalid.No response from seller.

Not compatible with 1366x768 screen resolutions
This product is not compatible with 1366x768 resolutions.Also it has a lag when using USB mouse and keyboard.

Poor quality & does not work .
The one I bought did not work. The output from port that goes to monitor was not coming so the monitor will not get signal . So it was a waste .Don't buy it as it is waste of money .

One of the worst product i ever bought it from Amazon. It worked only 2 weeks. Amazon should filter this type of sellers.. they are selling craps using amazon name

Not worth for the price
Two ports not good as expected, the display is shaking and blurry.The switch built quality is good but the cables are very poor low quality.Very good response and faster switching is possible.when compared to the price this is not worthy.I will buy this again if the switch alone is sold by this seller at reasonable price and increased period of warranty.
