Substandard product and poor service from Havells.
The media could not be loaded. This my 2nd AC from Havells but this time it is disappointed me with quality of external unit which you can see in image and the service from Havells is really poor. They need to improve on it.

The product is good. This is the second unit I bought in two months time. This new product bought 15 days ago was showing 'out of warranty' on the Havells App. However Havells have now rectified the glitch. No complaints with the quality nland the performance of the product though.
