one of them never worked!
I purchased a pair for my dad but one of the hearing aids never worked, and it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone. Feeling ripped off!

Adequate amplification
If you're looking for amplifiers with no frills or the ability to micro-adjust them, these "hearing aids" are fine. Do not expect any help from the "instructions" as they are not helpful at all.

Good hearing aids are so expensive!
I got these for my mom whose hearing is worse than mine, but she didn’t want to spend a ton of money on hearing aids.The wire from the hearing aid to the part that goes in your ear is kind of short. We made it work though. It’s also pretty stiff.The hearing aid comes preprogrammed, and I haven’t found a way to adjust that.The volume wheel is one that you will purposefully have to move. It’s designed in such a way that you wont accidentally change it.These do not connect to your phone so you can’t adjust programming or stream phone calls to them.They do come with several size domes, but it would be nice if they came with several types of domes as well. Different hearing difficulties and ear structures use different domes to hear best/most efficiently.Overall: this is a good purchase if you don’t want to spend much and don’t need the bells and whistles. These are good for my mom. She has significant hearing loss in both ears, and she wasn’t sure that hearing aids would even work for her.Good job Amazon. It’s a good basic hearing aid. (Both come in the package and they came charged).

Transforming My Hearing
