I'm a size 7.5 female shoe. These are quite wide but perfectly useable. I'm not sure that they'd be suitable if I'd a narrow foot. Ease of getting these on is good as definitely on the large side. Durability good - the gel is quite firm but comfortable. After breaking my foot badly my toes seemed to be pushing inwards on top of each other & I'm trying to get them back into proper position again. I don't wear tight shoes but I think that the design of these is for a large adult male foot. I can use them but just about. Pain relief is great by using toe separators to widen space between toes, caused by accident or through wearing poorly designed shoes.

I was worried about these Welnove 8 Pack Toe Separators because many reviews mentioned they are quite big, and it's true the little toe gets completely submerged. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and soft they are, and they don’t cause any pain even when worn for long periods. I wanted a corrector for all my toes, and these work well for gentle daily separation, but they don’t create enough pressure unless I wear them with slippers or snug socks. For working on my big toe specifically, I use another corrector on top of these to add more targeted pressure. Overall, these are great if you need mild, comfortable separation for all toes, but for stronger correction, you may need to pair them with additional tools.

Too big.I was hoping they would stretch for a size 4 foot.It would of been nice to be able to choose small size.

Unsure of the long-term effectiveness but excellent build quality and fit. Easy to slip on & I was surprised how many were in the box.
