Bumble Bee Toddler Fancy Dress Costume Age 3-4

Young granddaughter loves bees. Bought this for her. She loves it! She's not even 2 yet but this fitted well even though it's for 2- 4 years.

For the money I paid the costume is acceptable. The picture isn't quite clear. You get sleeves attached but will need to supply black leggings / tights yourself. The outfit goes into shorts. The head band with antenna is quite flimsy, the black net wings are a bit small. Also I found the colour of the yellow quite dirty looking as if the black has rubbed into it. But all in all for the price it's not bad.

Granted is was a little close fitting on my daughter who will be 4 in 4 months, but it looked cute and she loved wearing it. I'm yet to wash it, so I'm not sure if it will maintain it's colour.

Bought this for a bee obsessed 2 year old who is slightly large for his age and fitted perfectly with some room left for jumper and trousers. He loved it, quality was great And will be used for a long time. I washed this item and looks as good as new. Happy granny with a happy boy

I bought this for my daughter school play.IT's ok not the best quality but i was expecting this after seeing a price. Arrived very quickly looks ok but it's not gonna last for long.Overall i am happy with this purchase

This was the cheapest made costume I've ever seen. Made worse by the fact I'd left it too late to risk standard delivery for my daughters bee fancy dress party at nursery so had to spend another £9 on delivery. The headband snapped in two before I'd even got it on her head, the costume gaps open all the way down the back so I had to got and buy some Velcro to keep it together, the wings are two pieces of netting that just hang down from the back of the costume and bear no ressemblane to wings at all, the antenna's are made from pipe cleaners wrapped round the cheap plastic headband and all I can say about the costume is don't go near any fires!! Also it does not include tights, although judging by the costume even if it had I doubt I would have used the anyway.My daughter did look very cute in it though, but unless you're desperate for a bee costume like I was I'd definitely try a different one.

After reading some of these reviews I felt I was taking a bit of a gamble but after limited notice of a “bug day” at my daughter’s nursery I had little choice. However, I honestly feel that for the money this costume was excellent. It survived the day at nursery with no problems and my little girl was absolutely delighted, she looked too cute! It won’t survive to become a family heirloom but if you need something that will last a couple of dress up days, for just over a fiver you can’t go wrong especially if you have Prime and need a quick delivery. I’m very glad I purchased this.

Description a bit misleading as it’s for toddlers not for young children. Quality is ok.
