Taste and texture is superior to others I have tried. The dose is perfect. It is a little messy with the "sugary " like coating that comes off.

The gritty texture from the outer coating ruins the soft inner gummy texture. Leaves a weird aftertaste as well. Wish I knew that before I’d purchased them. That being said, the gummies do really help with RLS.

Great taste to them, and has helped manage my migraines greatly!
