Hearing amplifiers
Good switching & charging & light to wear & amplifies really well, with out these I cannot hear at a level I need

Awful sound and awful to wear. I wish I could send them back but I don't have the box (wife threw it out by accident).

Battery usage
Although I have only had then fur just over 3 months, the battery is saying it is charged, but the hearing aids no longer seem to work. Even on the highest setting, nothing can be heard through them. Up until now, they've been brilliant!

Unable to adjust volume
Interestingly I have found one of the hearing aids absolutely perfect while the other remains on full, no matter what I do, and screams when Ii put it in. I 'working' hearing aid goes very well with my NHS one (lost the other) and I am able to get super sound with both.Unfortunately the one hearing aid cannot be adjusted and remains on full blast making the surrounding sound impossible. Its a pity because I enjoy the one aid.

Upon opening the package and charging the hearing aids, only 1 is working. Which is bad for me as I have hearing loss in both ears. I'm unable to advise the company of this as there is no contact the company option on my orders review.

the end that goes in ur ear is hard there was no soft cover for them so dont use them

Worked very well for 2 weeks then ceased to function so returned ,and got a replacement!
Worked very well for 2 weeks then packed up ,shame but got replacement hope it lasts longer
