Exceeded my expectations
I was skeptical of purchasing this zero gravity lounger since I've owned a Zinus mattress before, and it was an uncomfortable experience. Combined with the pictures of lumpy covers left by other reviewers, it felt like a gamble. However, the dimensions were perfect for a bedroom escape and the design looked ergonomically orgasmic. So I pulled the trigger, and I'm glad that I did.I read a review where a guy took a leaf blower to his lounger while it was airing out. Since I wanted a tight fitting cover, I did the same (reverse output on a shop vac). I pumped air to the parts where the liner/foam hand wrinkles, then threw the cover into the dryer for 15 minutes with some laundry balls. These pictures are 1 hour after I removed the memory foam and cover from the box. There are still some slight wrinkles to be worked out, but they say 24-48 hours for it to expand. The base of the lounger is a firm memory foam, whereas the area on the top of the lounger (from back to feet) is a softer foam. I'm 5'6" and this lounger is just about the perfect size for me. The base of my skull hits the top of the chair and my feet dangle over the edge.I can't imagine trying to fit in this if you were any taller. It seems close to perfect for my short height, but I still kinda feel like an adult in a child's chair. It is extremely low to the ground, so you'll need to make sure you have some strength in your knees if you're an adult. That being said, this lounger is comfy. I nearly fell asleep after testing it out the first time, and it's such a relief after doing some exercise. The lumbar pillow is a nice touch and the whole feel/design of the cover feels premium, a saving grace since the chair is a bit juvenile in design.Another huge plus for me is the foot rest. Like the pictures show, it's the perfect spot to get some work done on your laptop because there's ample room. That area alone is about 22" x 13" and fits my laptop and iPad mini (in portrait road). Great for studying, working, or multitasking.Overall: I am very satisfied with my purchase and it seems like a steal for $the 190 sale price. I have a relaxing lounger that relieves pressure, gives me a quiet place to work, takes up very little room, and is beautiful to look at.

š Perfect Birthday Gift ā My Husband Loves It! šŗāØ
I got the ZINUS Lotus Zero Gravity Chaise Lounger as a birthday gift for my husband, and he loves it! Heās 6'2", and itās a good size for him, providing solid support and comfort. It took longer to fully expand than the manual stated, but once it did, it was perfect. We havenāt had to clean it yet, but the material seems durable. Itās comfortable, stylish, and does exactly what itās supposed toāhelp you relax! Plus, it comes fully assembled, which is a great bonus.Would definitely recommend it!

Not good if you are tall
Okay, I really wanted to like this. The issue is, I am tall. The size is great if you are under 5 4, but at 5 7, my longer torso, they fit and my legs hang over, but my head canāt rest. Itās like I canāt relax comfortably. It is very heavy. Itā looks very odd and I have to try to hide it another room, but it was expensive and had it not been so bulky, I would have returned it. Itās for small people. Bottom line

Great for surgery!
I rarely write reviews but this is an excellent product. We bought it for my wifeās tummy tuck surgery. It took 2 days to fully form the shape. My kids actually enjoyed it so much before my wife started using it. They play games together and read together on it. Sometimes they took naps in it. We all tried it and Itās quite comfy. Since my wifeās surgery on 5/9, this has been a life saver! She gets in and out without any issue! We are definitely keeping it even after my wife recovers!

Did not quite get there, but comfortable
UPDATE: so after 48 hours, the maximum wait time according to the manual, the lounger continue to expand to what I would say is about 95% of where I expected it to be. I am much happier now than when I bought it. According to what I've read it could expand some more in the next day.As others have suggested, I kept it in a very warm environment even placed a nearby space heater blowing on the lounger for a few hours during this period. All in all, it is comfortable and I enjoy the curves and overall feel of it. It is low to the ground so if you have bad knees or bad back I would probably look somewhere else. I placed a blanket to protect the light colored cover. I watched about 20 minutes of TV laying in it and practically fell asleep which is great.Four stars, deducted one star because of the drama it takes to get it to expand.-----------------Original review:Note: first two pictures were taken more than 30 minutes in but less than 24 hours. The Zinus lounger is made entirely of memory foam. This is a very odd product. As indicated in previous reviews, you will be waiting for some time for it to fully expand to its expected size and shape. I removed the lounger immediately and it began expanding. Per the instructions, I waited 30 minutes before I put the cover on.But as indicated in some reviews after 2 hours the shape had not fully expanded. I've seen reviews that say it needs to be in a warm climate. Others say it takes six to seven hours. In the manual, if you can call it that, it says 24 to 48 hours. I've even seen in places 72 hours. What striking to me is that the light gray reviews seem to be somewhat worse than the dark gray reviews. It even looks like the dark gray is selling out faster than the light gray. I can't imagine the color would have any difference on the memory foam. There are some reviews that imply if a memory foam is stored for long period of time in its compressed state it can have problems expanding.Of course the biggest issue here is that you've paid a significant cost and you can't return the damn thing because there's no way to shrink it back down.I am less than 24 hours away and the pictures show exactly where I'm at. Height is roughly 26 (it should be 28.5) and the length is 52 (should be 59).The room it's in is over 70° warm and I've had a space heater on it for at least 12 hours. Hoping things will improve in the next 24 hours. Will update at that time.
