Incredible value and machine!
I have owned two of this Dell Latitude 5290 tablets over the past 5 years. I broke my first tablet while opening it to install a new battery. So I purchased a new one and it has been rock-solid.I particularly like that it upgraded free to Windows 11.With 16Gb RAM, i7 Intel processor, 500Gb solid state HD, and touch screen - running Windows 11 and with a cost under $400, how can you possibly want any other laptop?You COULD spend $1500 for a comparable Surface Pro tablet, but my friend's Surface Pro runs slower than my Dell 5290.Mine came with a free detachable keyboard (with backlit buttons for working at night).If I break this laptop, I would certainly consider buying a third Dell 5290 - It is THAT GOOD! AND I WOULD STILL HAVE PAID LESS THAN THE COST OF A SINGLE SURFACE PRO!!!

Hole in plastic exterior
The computer seems good but it was supposed to be in excellent condition, yet there was this weird hole cut out of the plastic exterior. It also arrived pretty dusty and with a hair on the keyboard which was weird. Returning it.

It had a big dent in the corner
The tablet is amazing but the seller gave me a B- product claiming it’s an A+ on a renewed product. Tablet can do just as much as a full size computer

Faaast & Furious
I will say, that I was not expecting how fast this thing was. On top of, it looks brand new. On top of, it arrived with an OEM keyboard. I was also not expecting, that it would came preloaded with Win10 Pro. All I had to do was run the Win10 updater, to complete a few updates. Downloaded the Dell Command Updater, and allowed all of the drivers to update, including the BIOS.After some post update cleanups and bloatware uninstalls, this PC tablet runs like a stabbed rat. Highly pleased.

product came when it was supposed to, and how it was supposed to. Would buy again, and would recommend the products to others

Battery wouldn't charge.
The battery never rose above 35% despite charger worked and it stayed charging overnight. I had to return it.

Priced a bit high for Refurb
Friendly service and helpful. Dose Operate as it should for a renewed product. It is a 5 year old product after all and has normal wear and tear in my device in particular. I benchmarked and is the right performance level as expected. A-to-z Guarantee
