am 29 yrs old female i have severe arthitis and auto immune disorder (past 10 yrs) and am super weak and i have put on weight due to the medications and the diability so i use a walking aid and all i want it to maintain my health and weight,totally not into becoming slim and all. and i eat very little like a child and i dont get enough nutrients i need.so i started drinking the shake like its instructed with milk and i started getting a lot of stomach gas issues and loose motions ,it was very clear my already weak digestive system wasn't able to digest the protein shake well so the upset issues. and unfortunately these are also the signs of whey protein intolerance ,i was really upset about it but then started to research more on wat other methods i could follow as i was not lactose intolerant. and voila i found out from a professional online video that you can take it with cold water too and it helps to digest it well . so i tried it and it worked out so well no side effects no stomach upset ,and it tastes great,with milk actually it tastes too heavy and milky but with water just like cold coffee mix nd light. its been a week now and i take it by 12 or 1 noon for breakfast with some pulses or fruits anything light to eat in the side as i wake up very late due to insomnia and sleepless nights due to pain.so works well till now ,hope i do lose a bit weight and feel energetic.you guys can try it too with cold water .

I've used three packs uptill now and have lost 3 kgs though it could have been more since I've joined gym as well, from past two months.Taste wise only mango is actually pretty good otherwise I wanted to love the coffee one since I love coffee, but it didn't taste as great as expected.A great thing about this is it keeps your stomach filled for around 4 hours . I like to replace my breakfast with this and I'm quite impressed how I dont feel the need to eat anything until school lunch break (I'm 16) .So overall you CAN try this but be patient and you MUST do workout to actually see the results.There is no use to drink this alone and expect to be Nilind Soman Or Deepika Padukone!

This product is nice as compared to other meal replacement shakes, this one contains more protein but I did not like the coffee flavour, it is not like coffee at all also it’s not as thik as others. So overall good quality product

Very nice taste when using cold milk. Keeps you full for 4 hours at least. I tried with 2 scoops, 250 ml cold milk, four ice cubes. Make sure you have a blender to make a proper shake.I take it around 10 am. I go for lunch at 2 pm. No stomach upset, no lethargic feeling, no bloating, no hunger cravings, no feeling of weakness, no feeling of blood sugar drop down.

I cannot understand why amazon is selling this. I suffered from food poisoning post consuming this. The taste is bad.

I hd tried herbal life once long back, so nw i wanted to strt with a meal replacement again. So i found this n thought to gv it a try. Received intact with buy one get one free offer. Ordered a coffee n caramel flavour. Thought of trying it out for brkfst fist, if any side effects. Tried with half glass toned milk n ice cubes as I like it cold. I was suprised to see d consistency. Thick n creamy n taste is also gud. Tastes like cold coffee, though sugar is vry vry low.Will gradually reduce d milk qty n replace it with dinner or lunch in d coming days.As this was my 1st day cant say of hw gud it wrks bt will try dis pack n see d difference n will update u all on d same.

So i decided to order the coffee Carmel flavour which turned to be the best. I loved the flavour and thickness of the shake. It was easy to make and have instantly, but would love if its more handy in one serving one pouch for everyday use for office going plp like us instead of carrying such a big tin. Rest all the product is up to its promise. I skipped my lunch and had only coffee milkshake but my tummy was feeling satisfied. Taking it for past few days only but found myself that i m getting all the required proteins and nutrients without gaining extra calories..
