Pretty Good Video
I set this up in a church to stream quality video to shut ins and people that are traveling. It does that.I bought this one as it is a USB 3 connection, can be controlled remotely and allow for high enough speeds to send smooth video and while it does that the computer needs to be within 15' of the camera. Picture quality is only so so. It seems to lack contrast and color saturation. When I boost either of these the picture begins to look off color or over darkened shadows ruin the picture. So in conclusion... it works and has smooth video and looks good not great. However, I've tried other streaming cameras and honestly this is no better or no worse in the quality of picture realm. I love the idea that it can be controlled remotely with a PTZ controller. Be aware that the the slew rate is fast and faster. Small adjustments with high zoom move very fast and are nearly impossible without a steady hand.If you want better picture quality you have to spend thousands extra for a video workstation, pro Television camera, switcher and have someone run the camera.

Limited, and not quite ready
This can be a GREAT camera, and in some ways it is, but in many ways it is not.First off, it is a 1080/30 camera. What this means is the HDMI is very limited on what can support it. Professional capture cards, most monitors, and various other HDMI devices will give the error "Out of Range" as they are expecting 50 or 60FPS. I was able to find 1 USB HDMI capture device that would display a picture.Picture quality is really good, if you have even lighting. In many cases people will. Church events, many conference rooms even outdoors daytime shoots, this is a great camera. But, if you have uneven lighting (like bright person, dark background) you can look blown out in Auto mode. No way to correct this. Now, for the biggest let down, Manual Mode, or the lack there of. Going into manual mode is a bag of questionable cats. Some functions work, some don't (you change options with no visible changes). In many cases, when I put into manual mode, the image would go grainy, with no option fixing this. Leaving Auto Mode the only usable option, and in uneven lighting, not much of an option. Color balance was the same way, you would go to being way off color temp, and not able to get any where near in auto mode. Just not usable. The remote is pretty handy, and give you the option to have multiple preset settins (as in you can set your camera position and zoom to button for easy recall later) which makes it great for hot key preset scenes. You can even control up to 3 cameras on a singe remote by setting a "camera 1, camera 2, camera 3" rotary indicator on the back of each camera, and selecting which camera you want to control on the remote. Very handy. I used this camera with OBS, and it worked by just plugging in and finding the new "Lattice USB 3.0 Video Bridge" source. OBS does not have the option for manual control either, sadly. In all, if you have even lighting, and want a simple to use and easy to get set up USB 3.0 camera, this is a very good choice. For the price, it is a very good basic PTZ 1080 camera. If you have any uneven lighting, or color wash going on in your stage, be prepared to find that this camera may or may not work for you.I really hope the manufacture can work out the issues with the Manual Mode, as having that functionality would really make this a very compelling camera to buy. As it sits, I can't find much use for this camera.

Good for well lit room.
Video quality in low light was not good enough for my client. Had to return for a different brand.

Unusable with HD mode
This camera freezes when used in HD mode (Zoom, Facetime, etc). I've tried two units with the same result. The USB port at the back of the camera is USB 3.0 but it is only recognized by a computer it is connected to as as USB 2.0 camera. The specification manual also indicates this is a USB 2.0 camera so advertising it as USB 3.0 even with its USB 3.0 port is quite misleading. It may appear that this review is from unverified purchase but only because somehow Amazon keeps telling me that I have not met eligibility requirements to review when I'm logged in under our business account which is what I used to purchase two of these cameras. Hence I am reviewing from a non-business account.

Not good.
We bought 3 of these to stream our church service. We have the 3x zoom, 20x zoom and this 10x zoom. There is not one picture between the 3 cameras that looks the same. The 10x that we are returning has a very very very green picture. Even after many adjustments everyone looks like an alien. Will be returning to buy a different brand.
