Bought this as a spare to one I purchased locally, identical one. Theses don’t last long before the pilot light goes out, so it’s nice to have one on a Saturday night when all stores are closed.

I keep a spare hanging above the furnace and its one of the best things I've ever done
I am a DIY, budget conscious consumer. that being said I am nursing a 15+ year old (flood survivor) furnace. After paying repair guy over $200 a visit to replace these at a minimum once a year I youtubed it. I keep a spare hanging above the furnace and its one of the best things I've ever done. HIGHLY recommend buying at least 2, keep a spare.

Brass fittings and not aluminum
I like this product because the fitting that goes into the regulator is made of brass and not aluminum.

Failed the same day I installed it
Failed right after installing it. In very cold temperatures furnest can mean life or death. Dont trust this product sorry.
