Sennelier l'Aquarelle French Artists' Watercolour - Metal Box of 12 Tubes

Nice watercolours,very beautiful shades to work with ...

When the product first arrived i was happy that despite the bad reviews i actually got product safe and sound. Later on youtube i found a product review of this product. And i noticed that the metal tin box in which my 12 tube set came didn't have their brand name embedded on it like ones on youtube . And now i am worried, if i have even got the original sennelier product. Is there anyway to identify if the products are original otherwise i have to return this.

I have got the order now and I just opened th box and was upset that the black color tube is missing

This was my first test kit with Sennelier. The colors are vibrant and highly pigmented, please see in the picture for the comparison with Camel. But for a stingy person like me it's a little over priced, as the color quantity is very less , the depth of those color boxes will be a centimetre.Otherwise most of the colors are very pretty in the box except the sap green and the burnt umber.They were easily activated without pre wetting, just a wet brush was enough to load good amount of pigment on to the brush.I would definitely want to explore Sennelier more if I get it for a better price offer.Still sulking over the less amount of paint in the box.

Best for those who are practicing watercolor & I would recommend that first practice with a cheap colour so that u can paint good & then u can buy this & u'll enjoy the experience it's smooth like butter, I genuinely enjoyed using this so I'm giving this review for the 1st time!! U can say this watercolor r really amazing cuz after drying usually other cheap watercolor becomes dull but this retains that freshness so I would recommend this one highly
