I’m so happy with this purchase. I recently started in the sourdough bread making and even if we don’t need every tool ever been made to make bread, this kit brings everything you need to start. Its very affordable. I was just looking for the bannetons and found this kit that included so much more that it was a must have for me.Its very functional, easy to clean everything and well made tools. It alse came with a flyer or mini booklet of how to make bread.Get this kit, make bread and you won’t regret it.

This is a great Banneton set! It came super quickly and has everything I need and more. I have already made 5 loaves of bread with it, and they have all come out awesome. It’s a great value for the money, and the Bavify customer service has been top notch. I had a minor issue with one of the Banneton covers, and the customer service team responded promptly and quickly got me several new covers to replace the one with an issue. I would definitely recommend this set for anyone looking.

I spent a lot of time researching proofing sets before buying one. I looked through tons of options, compared what each came with, and read all the reviews. This set stood out immediately—and now that I’ve used it a few times, I can confidently say it was the right choice.It comes with everything a beginner needs to start baking sourdough: sturdy bannetons with liners, a high-quality Danish dough whisk, both a firm bench scraper and a flexible bowl scraper, a flour sifter, stencils for decorating, and even a reusable silicone sling that fits perfectly in my Lodge Dutch oven.Every item has been useful. The whisk is sturdier than I expected, the scrapers make handling dough so much easier, and the sling saves me from using parchment paper every bake.The only minor thing I noticed was a bit of splintering on the bannetons, but nothing serious—and since I use the liners, my dough never touches the wood. (Giving 4 stars because of slight splintering on my baskets.)If you’re starting out and want a full kit that covers everything, skip the piecemeal options and just get this one. It was easily the best value I found on Amazon, and I’d recommend it to anyone getting into sourdough.

This was a gift for my daughter in law. She is just starting her sour dough journey. This kit had everything she needed to successfully make her first loaf and she was absolutely thrilled with how well it turned out! Would definitely buy again. The quality was great and durable. Excellent instructional material.

So here we go with another new hobby! This kit has almost everything I need except for the flour. I was shocked to see that it has stencils and the razor (bread lame) you use to slice your loaf before baking. It looks really nice and is the perfect size for your two basic loaves. It’s a steal for the price I paid. I’m serious when I say it has everything except the ingredients needed.

The description and directions to use this product were spot on. Truly got what I paid for!!
