I loved this product ❗️I’ve have experienced long && heavy cycles for a while && when I tell you I was so elated when I had a THREE day cycle vs. seven days && it was 10x lighter than normal I didn’t have to double up pad && I didn’t have leakage❗️I’d recommend ❗️

Good for females mental health in general, PMDD, weight loss/maintaining a healthy weight.I used to have excruciating periods from age 11 to when I discovered this product at 23.Would pass clots the size of my fist, bleed for 2-3 weeks at a time, sometimes have 2 periods a month, have horrible PMS.Now, PMS is non existent, my periods are painless, and have to track them very carefully to make sure I know they are coming because I would have no way of knowing.No more clots, no more pain, periods last 3-4 days (by the 3rd day mostly done), and would easily say I loose less blood the whole cycle than I would in one day before I started using this product.Herbs heal.My advice, if you are reading this, is to purchase the product, and never stop taking it.Your body will thank you for it.

I don't think I'm overselling this when I say that it's changed my life. My period used to be so heavy, so painful, so irregular and unpredictable (months missed, periods lasting up to two weeks). I took two of these, twice a day, for three months. At first, my periods got even wilder. Then they started settling into a more regular schedule. I dosed down to two once a day as my periods became more and more regular. Now I take one once a day. I'm never more than one or two days off either way on my schedule (and that's pretty rare), periods last 2-3 days, and they're virtually painless. I will never stop taking this.

I absolutely love this product I haven't been using it a month yet and my acne has cleared. (I have suffered with acne for Dr. Christopher really hit a home run when he created the Female Tonic Formula. I had very bad acne especially around my chin and upper forehead it has now cleared my skin is smooth as a baby's bottom. ( I still get around 2 bumps or so but in comparison to 10 + bumps my acne is healed) I used this product in conjunction with the Female Reproductive Formula and it really works wonders. I take 2 capsules twice a day and drink nothing but water. Here's the acid test: my pain levels have gone down to near-zero. For years I've had pain associated with that "time of the month" that was worse than almost any pain I've ever had: severe, unending, painkillers-don't-touch-it pain. With these pills, even though I'm not using a full dose (I like to start things slowly just in case), I'm not having pain. Discomfort, rather than pain, and even that isn't too bad. This is making a big difference in my life. Days per month shouldn't be wasted in agony and suffering with no reprieve. I feel like I've finally found my reprieve! And it's natural, not a drug... Just what I needed. I was having a lubrication problem. No review had mentioned this. I do feel more energy as well. The first day I received the pills I took two. I had to endure a side effect of diarrhea for the rest of the day. The next am I took one before breakfast. Felt fine. Took a second pill after dinner. Felt fine. Since then I have only taken 1 am and 1 pm pill. With food my belly is good to go. I have had plenty of lubrication since! Will refill after my two bottles are done.

This product gives me bladder control! I guess the herbs trigger/make hormones that control pelvic floor muscles (vaginal too). With this formula I can do Kegels, without it I am virtually dead down there, no muscle tone. It is amazing to me that herbs/hormones control the pelvic floor muscles. I am not talking about a "leaky bladder", I am talking about urine running out of me down my legs, it's horrible! I can't say enough good about this product. I am also using both progesterone and estrogen creams to assist me as menopause takes hold.

Ugh, a mixed bag on these. My peri menopausal periods have been wacky for about a year, getting closer together and lasting longer so thought I'd give these a try and on the plus side, my periods were less often and more regular BUT my beasts are tender and cystic which they haven't been for a very long time so on that note I'm done with these. Everybody is different of course so they're still worth a shot.
