Very effective, good ingredients, no side effects nor grogginess next day

I have been using this sleep aid for several years and instead of purchasing out of the retail stores, I find it more economical to purchase through Amazon. These gummies are non-habit forming and have the same main ingredient as Benadryl (causes drowsiness). It works between 20-30 minutes and you are fast asleep. These are my favorite melatonin gummy, and I have tried several brands. Mainly it is the taste that I love. How its performance compares to the other brands I cannot truthfully say. One would need a good scientific study to determine that.

Hello, everybody how's possible that these products have an expiration date of next month (February 2023) if is a product by day it's impossible to eat 120 gummies in less than two months, IT'S A scam, and I have the product in another country because I just stayed a few days in the USA, how I'll have the return. I'm disappointed, and another thing is I don't know if the gummies are in good condition.

Many that have reviewed this say it doesn’t work for them and they don’t like the flavor. It does work for me and the flavor is good. I guess it’s just a matter of taste I take between one and two gummy‘s when I know I’m going to have a hard time sleeping, I don’t use it every night but I’m very satisfied with it

Excellent product for the money!

They say they’re not habit warning, but I love the taste and take about six a day. I can’t stand being without them. Don’t exactly consider them a good sleep aid. I use Ambien for that.
