I ABSOLUTELY love my little robot vaccum! He is set up to do his rounds with a nifty little routine feature. Alexa compatible so I can ask the Alexa to set him off. He'll take himself home when he's finished to go and charge up and empties his own little dust compartment. Honestly, one of the best purchases. I tell everyone to invest in a robot vaccum now because it really is worth it. My floors are always so clean since having him and has become a perfect little addition to my home.However, he does struggle to clean up dried up messes such as yogurt and juice, but I can always wipe those little bits up myself. Other then that, he's perfect!!If you had any doubt about investing in one, this is your sign to take the plunge! You won't regret it!P.S make sure any rugs are fully flat and not folded over! His 'fell off a cliff' function kicks in if he gets stuck! Make sure the floor is clear of any debris, such as wires or toys as you don't want him to get stuck. He honestly leaves you with no excuses to clear your floor up, so your home is extra tidy. Had no issues with doors or furniture. He just bumps into them lightly and carries on with his job!Also, I haven't tried any cleaning solutions, just water as stated in the manual! Water has been fine for me!

Really good We have a dog and it keeps on top of the hairs and we have tiled flooring and the mop works great.

It's fairly reasonable so far. I would say it gets maybe 99% of dirt and stuff up. It does miss like 1%, at difficult corners, edges sometimes, and even the odd speck in the middle of the room. But I empty it after each use, and I'm always amazed how much it's picked up. Where it has reached always looks pretty good and clean. The mapping worked well downstairs, but the map it created of upstairs is not right, though it still managed to clean upstairs, including around all my children's stuff. If it misses anything you can easily send it off again, or give it a zone to do. I haven't tried the mop function yet. Overall it's pretty good, and saves 99% of effort, though you might need to spot clean difficult corners manually.

What a fantastic purchase I am disabled so hoovering was a chore but it’s puffed up my carpets a treat and managed hard floor in bathroom & kitchen no problem going over room metal carpet fixers no problem and mats also not a problem

This has changed my life!! Honestly! I was dubious because of some of the negative reviews (mainly the app from what I saw). But clearly some people like to moan about nothing! The app is great. The vacuum is great. The mop is more like a damp duster so don’t expect much from that and the tank of water doesn’t last long and it doesn’t tell you it’s run out of water which is a little annoying. However it has been so valuable to have in my life I could not rate it down for that. I have quite a big house and two big dogs and it’s as though I’ve had a cleaner in afterwards. It gets to the edges with its little side brush and it gets under the furniture which definitely didn’t used to get done all that often. Absolutely would recommend in a heartbeat and for the price honestly it’s definitely worth it.

Was looking forward to get this machine - arrived well packaged. Once taken out of the box and charged we installed the app and set it up and in fairness pretty easy and quick. Started mapping the living and tbh it was very disappointing as it kept falling off the step, with the navigation system it was really poor. We then setup a no go area. Then did it again and kept getting error in the machine as it couldn’t find its way out, the gap was big enough to drive through and got stuck and kept saying “cliff sensor error” the machine isn’t a few hours old and it’s saying that unbelievable. Then set a routine over night in fairness it worked - however missed areas which is not great. The following day routine - it came with same errors - unbelievable nothing changed same path taken but errors. Again absolutely disappointing and honestly don’t understand how ppl rate such poor products 5 stars. This products absolute rubbish and very disappointing was capable of even doing 2 routines. Definitely not recommending poor product. If by miracle it actually starts functioning will update review otherwise item going straight back.

After using this little robot daily for a month it has done an amazing job. It works better in large rooms with plenty of open space. Mop is ok if the floor is not too dirty but it does streak a bit on wooden floors.

The media could not be loaded. This is so much better than I expected! I knew that it was going to be good when I opened the box, very securely packaged with instructions all the way through. I followed the setting up guide and was up and running in no time. And….it hoovered up so much better than my normal cordless shark vacuum. I haven’t tried mopping but I have no reason to. The setting up with Alexa took a bit longer but I got it going in the end, you need an account with Dreame.The cat isn’t too sure but time will tell!I set up a schedule a couple of times a week and marked a few areas off the vacuuming map so that it doesn’t attempt the impossible or knock over the cat’s water. I look forward to it starting now!
