Not sure about the ingredients whether they are natural as it claims. Seems to work. Calmed down the mind and helped the sleep a bit for me and my daughter.

Nowhere on the package it is mentioned the source of B12 vitamin.they are claiming that their product is whole food product. If the source of B12 is cyanocobalamin then it is not whole food it would have been better if they had mentioned whether they use Soc or methylcobalamin.

i tried carbamide forte and one local brand but both not work as better as zeroharm, i have migraine problem but after taking this all problems gone 🫡 thanks zeroharm
