Most macrame cat hammocks seemed too small for my 14-pound Hobbit potato cat, Molly Baggins.The frame is sturdy to hold her weight without bending or warping or making her feel insecure. She's been sleeping in it for about a month now.Installation was easy. The instructions were basic (no words), but it was easy to figure out.It was unclear where the 5 clear rubber rings go, but I put them on either side of the loops to prevent slippage. I don't really think they are necessary, but I used 4. I assume the 5th was a spare.Now, I forgot that macrame and cotton STRETCH after a while. I had to use hooks at the top of the hammock, and I wish I had made them a full inch higher than they are now. The straps stretched and now it slopes down a little. Molly Baggins doesn't seem to mind, but it bothers me lol.I love the look of this hammock. My husband and I have a hippy style home, with lots of plants, natural light, and macrame, and most commercial cat window hammocks are so ugly. This is a great artistic and practical touch to our home!

I love this perch. It is super cute, big, and very sturdy for my 2 Maine Coons. I had no issues with the suction cups at all, they are stuck firmly. I did soak them in warm water for a few minutes as directed. Use just a dab of water on the suction cup or they want to slip a bit until it dries. I added a small blanket as well just so I had something that I could easily pull off and wash. I also tucked the blanket around the front between the perch and window to cushion the impact of the perch on the window when they jump in. Highly recommend.

Yeah, its good. When I first got it, I had trouble with one of the suction cups, it didn't want to stay stuck no matter what I did. Finally I threw it away and used the spare that was so thoughtfully provided and it works a treat. My super picky, hater of everything nice cat tried it immediately and loved it... I swear her purrs vibrated the whole house. And this is pretty. Thank you for making it nice. I normally hate cat accessories because they are so freaking ugly and really ruin the look of the house. This actually has charm. It's sturdy and can handle even my cats jumping and bouncing and terrorizing.

Although the metal pieces I got had rust forming on them, the overall look and functionality of this kitty hammock is amazing. The suction cups that attach to the window can be reused many times so if you decide you do not like your original placement its easily moved. I have a heavy boy (17.35 pounds) and he is a Ragamese mixed breed and this stays sturdy when he is using it. The only things I can really complain about is the rust forming metal piece that I was sent and the actual hammock seeming to have a very small stain from the rust in the packaging. Personally, I do not care that much about the small spot // the rusty metal that is hidden in the cat hammock as long as it functions.

i was skeptical bc of the suction cups but once you figure out how to properly place them onto the wall, it’s fine and has stayed up so far. assembly was fairly easy and it comes with extra parts. i am paranoid that it’s gonna just fall down at any moment but so far that hasn’t happened.

It lasted for maybe a week and now the suction won’t stick to any window.

this window perch is adorable! both my kitten and my roommate’s adult cat (a big boy) love it, and it is so pretty. a complete steal for this price. highly recommend!

i was really questioning the 45 pound weight capacity claim, but it was in fact very strong. i have one absolute beeflord of a cat, who is easily the size of most maine coons, so was a little skeptical...but it held him! it could ONLY hold him though, i think the only way 2 cats could fit on this is if they were both very little, so my cats had to take turns.
