I am so happy that I got these! My bathroom sink was so slow to drain that I stopped using it about a month ago. I couldn't get the middle piece out to clean it easily, putting drain cleaner down the drain did nothing to help (I absolutely hate to use drain cleaners too as they are so toxic). I was desperate to find something that would work I couldn't stand looking at the gross dirty sink. I got these and rushed to the bathroom to try to get this down the drain. I pulled up a bunch of gross hairy goop. I had to push this down under the plug and plunge up and down then pulled it out several times each time big globs came out. After about 15 minutes of doing this my sink finally drained quickly and easily. I now have a beautiful shiny clean sink I can use again. My tub too was starting to drain a bit slow. I tried the plastic drain snake but the hair in the drain was really thick (yuck) so I used the metal one. There is a little metal claw that grabs the hair easily. It tooks a few minutes to pull up all the hair. I won't be stuck with slow drains anymore. I love these tools and there are several that come with this set so if one gets too yucky or breaks you have plenty more to use. Thank you for giving me back the ability to get my sink clean and use it once again.

Seems great so far for cleaning drains but I also found other uses. Today I was looking all over the house for my Bissell rug shampooer cleaning wand thingy that reaches inside the brush cover. This long plastic sewer tool worked great, pulled the wet gunk right out. This was the only thing in the house that was narrow enough to slide inside the plastic cover. Bissell charges almost $10 for this simple plastic cleaning tool, glad I thought to use this drain cleaning tool instead of buying Bissell's. So far I am happy with this purchase.

A breakthrough in drain clearing convenience! I loved it. Cleared 2 sinks and a tub in just minutes:ORANGE'S REUSABILITY: Five-star but not infinite, in my opinion. The orange plastic is "reusable enough," roughly as effective when clearning the third drain as when doing the first (all in the same afternoon), but the little barbs were starting to get bent, and the main shaft had weakened near the handle, such that it was getting a little harder to force-feed into the drain. At these prices, I was thrilled with 3 uses, and happy to throw it away, not worrying about gunk and confident I'd gotten good value.STAINLESS' ADDED FUNCTION: *not fully tested* (the orange appears to have worked so well that there was nothing left to test the stainless snake on). Seems like it'd work just fine on objects (Legos or jewelry) that might get lost at a time when there's no hairball to get tangled in

So the orange things here work great. Pulled out all the nasty hair and such out of my bathroom sink no problem. I tired to use the gripper things on my kitchen sink but because my kitchen sink is two sides that meet in the middle, there was no way to get down that middle tube. So, for what you pay their fine but don't expect to replace an actual plumber if that it is what you really need.

I gave this product 5 Stars because of the good value for the money, it comes with 5 plastic clog remover tools and 2 Stainless Steel Auger with retractors, they work very well with care maneuvering ( Specially The Plastic Ones, they are very thin and somewhat flimsy ). The orange plastic ones go down only 17" with the bathroom sink pop-up stopper still in and only 18" at best without the pop-up stopper removed, The 2 Stainless Steel Augers with retractors are 20" and work best with the bathroom pop-up removed, these 2 tools work best with at least 3/4" or greater opening. I am very happy with my purchase, I got 7 tools for a great price and they work great when used carefully if the clog is no more than 20" down the pipes.

We bought this to clean out the shower drain in our master bathroom, as we suspected there was a little of of hair caught. My wife decided to first try the orange plastic strips. Well, in no time, she and I were gagging, because this thing was bringing up disgusting amounts of hair out of our drain. It was a miracle the shower even drained water at all considering what we pulled out! We were able to do the tub as well, and after doing both, the teeth on the orange strip were starting to bend over and not work as well. Threw it out...fine by me given how cheap this kit was and that you got 5 of the orange strips...will last a long time. Haven't used the grabbers yet other than to pester my wife (pro note - they work good for this), but will add one to my tool box as I can see it being helpful in the garage as well.

Wer eine Tochter mit langen Haaren hat wird mich verstehen.Es gibt nichts blöderes als wenn der Ausguss an der Badewanne verstopft ist.Mit Reiniger usw kriegt man die Haare nicht weg. Keine Chance.Ich reinige so alle 2 Monate und könnte einen HaareShop aufmachen. Gruselig.Die Dinger hier sind super. Einfach reinstecken. Und man zieht die Haare wieder raus.Einfach, schnell und grauslig, aber effektiv.Die zusätzlichen 2 Dinger mit den Krallen kann man auch gut brauchen um Dinge wieder hervorzuholen wo kein Platz ist. Z.b. im Auto.Also alles in allem super. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
