Amazing product! No flavor! Dissolves great! Okay, TMI BUT have to share for the benefit of others!! I will continue to purchase this product as long as it is made.Due to health issues my regularly in the bathroom is well, not regular at all! And hard to describe! Get it?? HARD? Okay you get it!But.... all I have done since day one of receiving this product is stir 2 level tablespoons into my coffee 1st thing in the morning and wa~la.... I poo 💩 like a regular person 2x a day. No more problems in the bathroom! It’s hard enough in life when you suffer from a disease that causes bowel problems....or have to take a RX that causes your BM to be hard as rocks!!! I know.... TMI! But when you try a product that actually works, it is something to be happy about! I mean come on people, we all poop..., right? Acckkk! Well maybe you are not if you are reading this!! Lol! I bought this stuff to help with weight loss. Some items say they are tasty less but you whine up getting some sort of after taste. But this fiber is excellent. I put it in water at 4 scoops and taste nothing. It fills you up as well and takes away cravings. It very good. I don’t comment much on things unless it’s excellent and works. Well worth your money!

I have tried MANY fiber powders and this one really is "Just Better"!I get a decent amount of fiber in my diet and I use my own personal measured scoop each day and it is my perfect amount. I notice right away if I miss a serving because my body is sluggish and my gut is unhappy. (I rarely miss my serving because of this!)Tip: Remember, you have to work your way up to the suggested serving amount and adjust to what your body tells you! Don't go full dose right away if you are just starting out with a fiber supplement of any kind. You'll get bloated, gassy, and uncomfortable.This powder is sugar-free (you can even use it to reduce sugar in recipes) nonGMO, virtually tasteless, not gritty, it completely blends into shakes or smoothies, or you can mix in water and drink it straight.My tummy is the happiest it has been in YEARS! This was a really pleasant find here on Amazon! I have been searching for something like this after using another product similar a few years ago. This product however is superior to what I had been using. There is zero taste when adding it to food or drinks- ZERO. I certainly can see the benefits of using this product after now finishing my first bag. I feel so much better and while I haven’t weighed myself on the scale it’s very easy to tell the difference in my clothes. I will continue to order this product and glad it’s so easy to order here on Amazon.

I have been on a journey since starting a new med that really messes with my system. Warning, TMI, I have been having to use MiraLAX and other products regularly and I wanted something more natural. One week in and I am only using this product. I can taste it a little in plain water, but it taste like a mineral water and isn’t bad at all. I also add it to my morning coffee and it is undetectable. Goes great in smoothies as well. For me, once in the morning and once at night works perfectly with meals.
