The flavor is good. I don't especially like sugar free drinks and i use regular gatorade mix,

Great for working out
I love the squincher products! This is my second case that I purchased so far. The great volume each jug makes saves on trips to the store. Very refreshing drink. I highly recommend to anyone who works outside in hot weather.

This stuff is very nice when mixed with my own carbonated water. It has a very light taste, not overpowering like some drinks, with just a hint of sweetness. I find though, that diluting it according to the manufacturer's instructions of '1 part concentrate to 9 parts water' it is not quite strong enough for me, but then, that's typical of this kind of drink, such as Gatorade and others. That's why I like this stuff. I can use a bit more than recommended and adjust it to suit my taste. I would definitely recommend this product and I look forward to trying out the other available flavours.Oh, and this is also suitable for diabetics, like me, which is one of the main reasons I ordered the 'Lite' version, which is sweetened with Sucralose (Splenda). So, no calories.
