Bought this belt to support my back and it works great.

This is a great gym grade belt. It does its job and it does have double strength. I like this as it doesnt have belt pin instead its a sticky pad which means you can adjust to any level without requiring additional holes.

I ordered a medium 34/38 it was tiny more like a 28/30. The back support is not as wide as shown as i said it is tiny

I work in a job that requires very manual heavy lifting all day and this belt has been a godsend, The velcro is super tough, the build quality is awesome and it fits extremely well per the size parameters, The support is great and I would highly recommend this product, Just be aware of how to use it the central strap should align with your belly button and not be worn like a regular belt, It keeps your lower spine warm and offers great protection

I knew I was kidding myself when I saw the cheap price. It's 46 inch waist if you use the very last scrap of velcro. So not very secure. It's actually meant to be used as a medical aid so that you don't hurt your lower back muscles when lifting heavy. No way is it sturdy enough to support your lower back.

I suffer with a bad back and wearing this belt I support where I need it
