Easy to swallow capsules, only had a few capsules empty in bottle but not gonna sweat it at all. Flavor i cant really honestly say, but not bitter from what i can tell but its a quick in and down method with all my other vitamins i take. Great product though. Feelin better and more good to go in the morning. Energy is higher and i feel better.

Easy to swallow, with no bad aftertaste. I've noticed a significant increase in my energy and strength, which definitely helps as I play ice hockey twice a week.

I added this to my daily supplements because I was having a lot of fatigue issues. I really noticed an improvement where I wasn’t as tired within about a week. I liked the product because it didn’t give me the jitters that caffeine containing products do.

Only about 5 days in, and I can definitely feel my energy and focus levels throughout the day are increased. I've read that it takes longer to fully become effective, so I will update this review after a couple of weeks of using the product.

Just another hyped up Amazon phoney with no real improvements at all to my energy or my health.
