I have not felt this good in a long time.Flavor is just right.

It's easy to mix...has the amount of each nutrient that I was looking for and I feel good about the quality of PURE products.The only issue is that it's sweet and I was concerned about carbs & type of sweetener. i contacted the company and received a responses from their Nutritionist. I was told Glycine has a natural sweetness to it. Stevia is used and there are only .75 grams of Carbohydrate in each serving - so I'm satisfied with that and will continue to use the product.

I’m a fan of this brand. I consider this to be almost pharmaceutical grade in terms of cleanliness and cleanliness. I’m on a non toxic wave, trying to replace all products in my house that’s considered toxic. Based on my research, this product could be considered toxic because it contains “natural flavors”. Yes, it tastes decent, but I rather it taste bad than have natural flavors.NAC is an important supplement because they’re considered the precursor to creating glutathione which is what your body makes to help get rid of toxins in your body. As we age, this pathway gets tougher so supplementing it is a must for longevity. My functional medicine doctor recommends me take this especially because I have G6PD deficiency which means I don’t really have the pathway to create glutathione. Plus it also means my blood cells gets destroyed easily at the glimpse of anything (people who have it bad gets hemolytic anemia and needs a blood transfusion). There’s a study done on folks with G6PD, their levels were great while taking NAC but the moment they stopped, things went back to how it was. So this is a supplement I need to take religiously everyday. Just wish this product didn’t have natural flavors in it and that it was a bit more economical.

Is it working? I do not know. I do have a lot of faith in the brand, so will keep taking it because I “believe” it is working. Remember to shake it well before scooping; the sweetener floats to the top. Sweetness nearly gagged me the first week of scooping. Is easily tolerable now.

I’m looking for a NAC my kids will take, since they won’t swallow the horse pills. This one is very sweet from the glycine, but sugar-free, and tastes a bit like piña colada, which they love. It does have a slight bitter aftertaste from the NAC, but that’s not a problem for us. It also dissolves easily and completely in water. Pure Encapsulations is trustworthy on quality, so you’d think I’d be happy.The problem is, the first container arrived LESS THAN HALF FULL. Immediately, I was suspicious that so little powder could fulfill the 30 servings on the label. So I measured it all out, scoop by level (even scant) scoop. I was right. I got to 19.5 servings. Why is it so difficult for a manufacturer to be accurate in it’s “approximate” serving sizes when they provide the scoop to measure with?? This is 30% fewer servings than labeled! It’s incredibly misleading! Either make the serving size smaller, or fill up the darn container. It’s not that hard. I will check all my supplements from them in future to be sure this isn’t a trend. This is not the way to build customer confidence!

I was using this but I no longer care for stevia! The product is DEFINATELY too sweet and I taste the bitterness of stevia. I also didn’t feel much difference in my energy levels!

Be careful with this stuff. Start with half scoop. I took a full scoop daily and on day 3 got terrible anxiety and rage. It was absolutely awful. Found posts on Reddit where others experienced this same thing. The dose is a large dose. I stopped taking it right away and the feeling stopped so I know it was this supplement.
