Surprised how impressed I am with this. I am a 6ft 3 95kg bloke, I’ve broken my ankle twice and ruptured ligaments twice, sitting for long periods or driving causes my foot to become tight and painful - this is nice and small and can take a lot of weight. There’s no flex in it whatsoever and rocking back and forth makes all the difference for me. Really worth it.

I had a foot rest for under my desk at home that was plastic, it easily moved and eventually cracked. This was bought as a replacement. So much better! It doesn't slip (on a carpet floor), the anti-slip surface is brilliant too- whether wearing slippers or socks. But the fantastic thing is that it rocks. This is so good for circulation and helps to prevent aching legs; but also for those moments when you just need to fidget. Either because you're thinking or in a meeting. All in all wish I'd bought this years ago. I don't often give reviews either!

I really like this product; after having problems with my SI joint last year my back is sensitive. After getting a cat (& him knocking over my laptop from my lap) I used my desk a lot more than usual and noticed I had horrid lower back pain. At first I thought it was because my cat was a lap cat & the pressure it was putting on my bodyAfter realising it's likely the desk I realised I needed a footstool for the correct positioning even though the chair height is at the lowest!This footstool so far has really helped with my back pain and it is a lot more comfortable sitting at my desk nowMy only complaints are the bottom could be less smooth so it sticks to the floor as it does slide a bit, & also although I measured it I've found the short height hasn't allowed me to lift up my chair which I wanted to do initially so that I'd have better eye level with my laptop/sit higherOverall it's a great product & I enjoy the swinging feature!

Just the job for relieving knee and back pain when I'm sitting at my desk or playing guitar. They're so good I bought two.

Works well for my wife who is petite. Comfortable and seems to help reduce back pain.

Good build quality and looks good but the layer of grippy material on the foot bed is too grippy for me - it is the same as what you'd find on a skateboard, so it sticks to socks! Not ideal for me - I'd prefer rubber- but others may welcome that if using it for exercise etc.
