Cadmus Women's 3"/4" High Waist Spandex Running Shorts for Yoga

I'm usually a size S in bottoms but wear a medium in shorts to prevent ride-up since I have thicker thighs and a booty. Based on other reviews for these shorts, I sized up to a Large. As other reviewers mentioned, these shorts give you a very unflattering camel toe, or as my sisters and I call it, "smiley crotch" lol. Will be returning these.

I am a powerlifter who has been on a hunt for gym shorts that pass all the tests - squat proof, no gapping at my waist, doesn't feel like my butt is hanging out, easy to move in. I put these through all of my normal workouts (squats, deadlifts, benching, lunging), and I am happy to say they do it all! The medium I ordered fits my waist (29in) and my hips (41in) and the inseam has me feeling like I'm not falling out of the shorts at the bottom.They do ride/roll up when you're moving, but they are still long enough and stretchy enough that I don't feel like I have to be pulling them down constantly. They are a thinner stretchy material that moves well. And 3 for $26! What a bargain!

I'd originally ordered Medium based on the size chart and what others of similar height and weight had bought. They ended up being too large and loose for working out. I returned the Mediums and got Smalls. I think i could go down to extra small! They're still a bit large for what I was expecting. They also ride up something terrible, mostly because the legs are looser even in a size down. But, for about 9 bucks a pair I can live with pulling down the legs a little bit.These have little to no compression so if you are looking for shorts that hold you in a bit these likely won't be for you.

I am 5'7" 151lbs 29.5" waist and 41.5" hip. I ordered a size medium. They fit well but as you can see in the before/after working out pictures they do tend to ride up. If wearing under pants/leggings this can feel a bit bulky but not too bad. if I order again I might try the small or the shorter option from this brand, so that there is less bulk for under leggings.

Absolutely love these! Super comfy and make the booty look AMAZING. Great for under skirts. I bought an XS they are super stretchy. Waist is 24" and booty is 39".

Literally perfect length, and your butt doesn’t hang out! I’ve ordered from other brands who claim to have a good inseam, but I’ve had to return them all. It’s impossible to find shorts a decent length anymore and I don’t get why. People seeing your butt cheeks is not an attractive look. Why is it the style now to look absolutely desperate for attention?? It’s ridiculous so I’m just pumped to have found these after months of searching. Soo cute. Great material, well made. Great for working out, wearing around the house, sleeping, you name it.

These shorts are true to the size chart. I ALMOST ordered a Medium, but the size chart indicated I should get Large. SO GLAD I DID! These fit so perfectly. I will probably wear these all summer. I bought 2 packs of this style, and 2 packs of another Cadmus style short. LOVE THEM ALL. But I especially LOVE the pockets (which are on both sides of this style) - my Google Pixel 3 phone fits perfectly, and the pocket fabric doesn't add any noticeable bulk. I will probably buy more colors after putting them to the test. I am about 5'7" and 140 lbs. My waist and hip measurements fall within the Large Size Chart.

I walk each morning and prefer bike shorts to wind shorts because my thighs rub. I hate to carry anything when I walk but need access to my phone, so I decided to try these shorts. I chose these because they weren't as long as some of the other bike shorts with pockets. The length is great - not too long or short. The pockets are ample enough to hold a phone. I am 5'5", 160 lbs and carry weight right in the belly. I ordered a large but could probably have worn a medium. They are thicker than the "butter" legging style shorts but are still pretty soft. They are definitely not see-through. Recommend but finding the right size might require trial and error.
