The best IR Universal Remote
This is one beautiful small device that does wonders.ProsWas very easy to setup.Quickly add the required devices.Quickly Integrated with Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT.Was able to turn on Samsung AC and set the desired temperature just over a voice commandSetting up scenes was a great benefit.Voice assistant Integration for Alexa, Google and IFTTT can be initiated right from the Broadlink app itself.ConsVery disappointed as the remote was not working for Hitachi AC which is one of the most popular brands hence had to use remote IR learning.IR learning enabled remotes has limitations with voice assistant contols. Mostly On/Off alone would work.Micro USB head is longer than normal hence cable provided with device alone is working. Other Micro USB cables are not working.USB adapter was not included in the package but was sent later when I reached the support team over WhatsApp.
