I wish it hadn't taken me 38 years to understand the awesomeness of Probiotics! My BMs used to either be rock-hard pebbles or very soft/messy (after drinking my morning coffee). I've been taking this supplement in the morning in a glass of water (with a splash of Mio to Go) for about 2 weeks now and it is perfect. I also have found that I am gassy a lot less often. I can't wait to try this when my period comes and see if it can fix my ridiculous body.

I havent been using this for too long yet, but i already feel a difference! My digestive health seems much more balanced, and my mood has improved so much which suprised me! I was worried about the product tasting weird or having a weird consistency but its like nothing and I always just drink it in a small glass of water. Highly recommend

This is a great Probiotic and easy to mix. Works!

Only used powder for a few days, can't comment on effectiveness yet. But, the flavor is good, I just pour the packet directly on my tongue, wait a few minutes then rinse down with a glass of water. Dissolves well.
