Average picture and one speed remote control
This camera is a low-cost solution for PTZ, but the image quality is average at best. My real complaint is that the movement is one speed. Even though the controller they sell is variable speed. We returned it for a different camera.

OK, not great
Purchased four cameras. Had to return one because it was malfunctioning. Used for webstreaming a multicam town hall meeting. They performed OK. Not terrible by any means, but not great either. For some reason, the image flickers like crazy sometimes, seemingly when there's too much light in the background? If I could do it over again, I would have invested in PTZoptics from the start. If you need a basic PTZ camera and the room has decent lighting, this could work fine for you. Again, not a horrible product, just not what we needed.

Great quality for a relatively inexpensive camera
Bought two of these for live streaming our church service during the COVID-19 outbreak. They work great and we've set them up with presets to quickly switch framing and zoom for different shots. We use them with a Roland VR-1HD video mixer. I unhesitatingly recommend these cameras; rated at 4 stars because nobody is perfect.

Good product with great PTZ options.
Camera worked as promised. Needs a controller for best use. The remote is IR and is glitchy at best must be in best possible view for it to work. Must have a capture card for it to use it’s potential.

Good video but problems with presets
Liked everything about the camera except could not set new presets. Contacted tech support (in China) by email and unable to correct problem. Returned and ordered identical replacement. At first presets worked for about 5 minutes, then became erratic and finally stopped working altogether. Returned and order different camera from another mfr.

Not Up to Expectations
I bought this camera to stream and while it probably works well completely zoomed out, the picture is instantly grainy on any zoom whatsoever. I returned it because I could not justify the poor picture.

Good camera for the price. Get a joystick controller.
Good Enough.So far they work for what we need them for.I ordered 2 of these back in December. We've used them since about February for an in house stream and since March for a live stream of our church service. We have them series up in a multi camera HDMI system on the Tenveo Joystick controller. It works great.I switch between camera addresses fine with no problems.The zoom works fine and all presets work fine. I wouldn't want to use them with the remotes. That would be a pain. The remotes are fairly cheap and hard to use. The joystick controller works well.The zoom quality isn't amazing. There's defined Italy purpling as we zoom close up but our wide shots look great.
