Bulky and Heavy
I can charge 2 devices on each charger. They are very large which surprised me. But for at home use they are fine. Too heavy for travel unless you just keep them in the car. You will need two cord per charger. Each charger has two sides you must charge. I truly wish you could charge it with one cord. I dislike how Bulky and heavy each charger is for traveling. And having two cords to recharge each charger is an added nuisance when traveling.To be honest, I would not buy again. It is not what I expected.

Unreliable and flashlight never worked
The flashlight never worked. The charger worked the first time I tried it only (at home), then would maybe charge, maybe not on day 1 of my trip. The phone stayed at 1% overnight when plugged into the bank, with no charging indicator on the phone. Turned phone off and unplugged bank in the morning (still showing 1%). Later that day, turned phone back on and it showed 54% (?!?). Tried again to no avail. Not cool when on a 4 days wilderness trip.Returning it.

Good purchase
This thing is pretty big, almost the size of a stack of Uno cards lengthwise. But that's understandable because it's 20,000maH. I received a new product and I wasn't using it correctly because I guess I was afraid to push the USB cord all the way down into the slots. Ultimately returned it because I wasn't expecting it to be that big and I needed something that was a little more compact

Unfortunately not a good product
Bought June 16th and stopped charging July 17th, luckily within the 30 day return window - Really wanted this to work, my last battery lasted 5+ yrs.This has not lasted 5 weeks, it does appear they’ve updated the product and now charge more. However this is the link from my orders, too bad

Doesn’t hold charge
Unfortunately, after speaking with my parents on 6/21/20, I was told that the portable charger is taking a few days to just charge. You get what you pay for. I wonder if I spend $60-$100 will the charger be better?

Avoid this product.
My son used this only a few times and it will only hold a partial charge. It will not surpass one bar on the charge capacity display. Poor quality product.

Overall good buy
My son uses this to charge his devices regularly. He said it is AMAZING. Very glad we had it in our two day camping trip as well.
